Introduction

Intimate and engaging, Toronto musician AINSLEY McNEANEY plays live with her nine-piece orchestra. Her songs are epic in their own right, combining contemporary percussion and classical music techniques into a unique and powerful indie-pop setting. She was hailed as a "bright-futured youngster" by Wholenote Magazine and her voice has been called "beautiful, soft and slightly unearthly" by Toonage.ca. In 2007, Ainsley founded Pet Lion Records, a Toronto-based music recording, licensing and publishing company. Her first full-length recording will be released in June 2008.
