Introduction

Others describe us as a hard, edgy, complex and progressive throwback alternative rock band. We are new on the scene, but we are driven to achieve the highest level of success. The band is based in Toronto and is composed of four members (guitar, bass, drums and vocals). Our mix of hard catchy hooks and maze like melodies make us a force to be reckoned with. Also, there is a high degree of content in our songs, both lyrical and musical, for the more discerning of listeners, as we explore the infinite levels of sound and ideology. Our goal, though, is to reach out to the widest possible demographic. Our mixes are solid if you want to check us out at www.myspace.com/opendoorband, but I assure you that it is the immense level of energy we achieve and a few other magical surprises we throw in at our live shows that makes the Open Door experience a must see.
