Introduction

Heat Rat Magnets' sound is hard to label; listen to a few songs at their MySpace page and listen for yourself. You can also check them out at CBC Radio 3 New Music. Influenced by numerous current bands like Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age, Stone Temple Pilots, as well as the obvious old school bands, their songs are individual and habit-forming. There is a 13-track CD, recorded in early 2009, ready for indie release, so stay tuned.
